Every field except "description" is available in the "opportunity details" section of reporting. If you could add this that would be great.
For the record I have emailed about this last week and have had no reply, not even an acknowledgement.

Thanks for your suggestion.
Just wanted to be clear on the position of email support. As per our email a couple of weeks ago, we've tightened up email support now and will only respond to emails from organisations that have an support agreement in place. Looking at your organisation it doesn't look like thats the case and thats why you wouldn't have received any commuication. Your more than welcome to take up email support if you wish, let us know and we'll email you a direct link.

I emailed the support number last week to ask for details of paid support. I have not had a reply to that. I realise the issue with you not responding to emails to support, but assumed that a request such as this would be responded to!!
Maybe a link either in this forum or your website?

Yep, we've got a couple of requests like yours - rather then replying to each individually we're putting up a page with all the details hence the slight delay.

We do have an agreement with you and we have paid for your support. It is under Volunteer Centres Surrey, which consist of Epsom, Dorking (Mole Valley),Caterham, Oxtead, Elmbridge, Reigate & Banstead, Lingfield and Spelthorn. If you wish to have further clarification, I can email you the aggreement.

yes, we share the data. The payment is made through VAE, I have a copy of the invoice you made to Volunteering Surrey, c/o Sally Dubery, Voluntary Action Elmbridge on the 24th Dec 2015. The agreement is to cover all the volunteer centres mentioned above.
ok, I'll amend our system to reflect that so that we're aware of the linked organisations when dealing with support requests.
In this particular case its a change request anyway so will get added to the feature request queue and dealt with in the next round of work (end of August the poll should go out).
I am part of the Volunteer Centres Surrey group and have sent an email for help (3/8/16 13.21 Unable to see Opp in VBC) and not had any response.
