I wondered if it would be possible please to change the colour of the Do-it application to maybe red or another colour when you have asked the volunteer to provide more personal information? That way we would be able to see at a glance who we were awaiting information from and know what stage we were up to with their application.
Does anyone else think this would be a good idea?
Yes, although I think we'd end up with a lot of non-actioned applications as I think the reply rate is very poor.
It would be helpful if we could choose the colours, and the trigger points (Request Info, Send Info, Follow Up, etc), so that it indicates functions specific to each user's methods
