I've tried both our accounts in Halton and St Helens this morning and the request info function isn't working for some reason. Wondering if this is a national problem?

I'm also having problems processing Do-It applications. When I select 'Send Info' and then 'Send Email' i get a 'HTTP 500 error' page. I don't know when this started, but I first saw it yesterday.
Unfortunately we have a backlog of applications to get through, so the volunteers aren't receiving the information they requested. I hope someone is looking at fixing this error.
