Volunteer Information Profile does not "show" the Telephone numbers field [Resolved]

Hi

When requesting further information from Volunteers, after resetting all our mandatory fields and receiving completed profiles without any contact telephone numbers I've investigated the forms in administration and the volunteer profile form does not show the telephone numbers fields.  I'm reluctant to add in new fields knowing they are there but we require volunteers to complete this part to move forward or at least have it showing (as not everyone has phone numbers)

Please could you have a look at this.  I have emailed about it but not had a response.  Is it just Halton or is everyone else the same?

Are you saying that the "Telephone (Contact)" field no longer appears on the "Volunteer Information - CiviCRM Profile Fields" form?  Or have to defined it as required and it doesn't appear?

The field is on our setup form and appears on the request form, but we haven't made any changes to the default.

I remember asking this before now.  This is a case of a solution that users would be unlikely to figure out for themselves I think.

All sorted now, Thanks Gopi, I didn't get it at first to be honest.  Would it be worthwhile adding to the user guide?
