We have a recurring problem - which happens a lot. When entering activities for a volunteer, the 'activity status' box just doesn't show up on the screen, or doesn't let you edit the status so it is randomly saves the activity as scheduled or completed, which we then have to go back into and edit another day when it decides to show up or start working again.
Last week we also had a problem where the date kept reverting back to 1996 and it kept having to be changed manually for every single activity which was registered.
Any ideas why? These problems have been ocurring on and off since we started using the cloud version.
What browser are you using?
I use Google Chrome but I think my colleague uses Internet Explorer and it happens on both

You were looking at better documenting the support package. I think that if it's properly promoted with expectations then you will get take-up. I think it is reasonable cost for what we would hope to get.
I am slightly concerned that you are asking if South Derbyshire CVS has a plan in place - but maybe there are particular circumstances stimulating that question!!

The reason for me asking is that we have been caught out in the past claiming an organisation doesn't have an SLA when they in fact do due to a different organisation name being used during sign up etc. So its better to ask before causing any offence (I couldn't see an entry for the organisation in question).
