Duplicated enquiries for self-serve

For client organisations that are self-serving, we ask to have admin rights to be able to assist in adding/updating opportunities and to get their information for reports. We now have the problem that applications are going to both organisation and us, and processed twice. Is there a way to stop this?

Hi Graeme,

I think this is the way that the system has been set up, so that all administrators receive the application emails. We work from the list of applications on do-it rather than the emails themselves so that we can see which ones we need to process and which ones are self-serve. I hope that helps!
