Hi
I'm getting this error message when trying to log onto my V-Base account from Microsoft Edge -
"Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
is not of type String"
However some of my collegues can log onto the LCVS account fine using the LCVS log in from Microsoft Edge and i can log on from Internet Explorer!
Can you let me know what is happening? is this a glitch from your or our end?

This shoud be an issue in your browser cache. Please clear your Microsoft Edge browser cache and login again.
