When registering a new opportunity, I can't seem to get the organisation to come up in the 'This opportunity is offered for *' box, I have tried typing in the first letter only. Any ideas? Is there another way to register an opportunity by going through the organisation instead?

Hi Tracey, sorry I've nto ahd this issue myself. Is it just one organisation that you're having trouble with? I suspect it is likely to be something that VEDA need to sort for you. Sorry that's not much help!

Thank you all for your replies! I will try putting it on through do-it and agree it would be much better not to have to do it this roundabout way!
But be ready to get a duplicate in VBC!! I created an opportunity in Do-it and Monday - single location, defined postcode. Wasn't in VBC on Tuesday but on Wednesday (more than 24 hours later two instances appear in VBC.
We know that this is caused by a problem with the API which ivo have apparently fixed this week. But it looks like multiple location opportunities will appear multiple times in VBC (but be suppressed in Do-it). But hopefully it will not carry on creating duplicates for single locations.
Still not sure how we will remove the duplicates.
I think this must be a very recent problem with duplicating single opportunities, although I can't check it out as my latest ones are not showing at all in v-base.
I created one on 24/11/2016 which is showing as just one on v-base cloud. Created one on 30/11/16 and one on 07/12/16 neither of which are showing yet in VBC.

From my experience, the one created on 7th Dec would not be in VBC today (we are seeing well over 24 hours). I would have thought that the 30th Nov one would have been replicated by now though.
To be honest I don't really understand how Do-it does it's replication. I know it's done as a batch job, but would have thought it would be every 24 hours at the longest.
Ultimately the aim is to have all operations done in VBC and then we would not have the problem because VBC replicates instantaneously. But there's still problems with the multi locations not working in VBC at the moment. And from what I have read this week I am not sure that they will ever be properly supported in VBC.
I would have thought this should have been fixed by now, 8.5 months, but this has just happened to me. Trying to add an opportunity and the organisation is not showing, it exists as a report shows.
