I am just starting to explore the send info option in VBC, I haven't used it up to now as I have been extremely cautious with using a lot of things in VBC with the problems it has had and the discrepancies that occur. Anyway I did a test as someone applied for a colleagues opportunity and although there was a delay in her receiving the e-mail it all went smoothly. I have done two more this morning, skipping the first e-mail to the volunteer and all again appeared to go ok, however the next one I tried had a problem. When I skipped the volunteer e-mail screen it just kept going back to it and not allowing me to send info to the organisation. The opportunity was a multiple location one so I am assuming that is the problem. Has anyone else experienced this at all?
Haven't seen this before, but we have so far kept clear of multi-locations because of the problems with the Do-it API.
But I agree with you - it sounds like it must be connected. They were testing a new (and supposedly fixed) version of the API this week. We haven't been told that it is implemented yet so I assume this is the old version still.
I am sure VEDA will be interested in this.
