I was just wondering if anyone that hasn't paid for support has had any response to queries/emails etc from Veda? I have emailed a few times now (using 'help@v-base.org'), I emailed twice about one issue, and have not had a single response. I know that we haven't paid for support so can't expect our queries to be dealt with as quickly as if we had, but when I've emailed them about an problem with the site not working as it should be I feel like we should be able to expect a reply at least to acknowledge it and let us know that they're working on it. Just wondered what everyone else's experience was?
Or alternatively, could someone from Veda confirm that they have in fact receieved my emails? Maybe I'm using the wrong email address?
