Emailing Volunters

I am aware that there is a fault on VBC that it wont send through to hotmail and live email accounts.

Are these the only two email providers that VBC emails wont go to? I am concerned about the number of volunteers who arent getting their emails.

Is this problem likely to be fixed anytime soon? I am discovering that many many people have hotmail accounts and so I am having to email from a seperate system which is fustrating and duplicating work.

we have also found that gmail is affected.  In fact the only one so far that we know goes through is Yahoo

We're aware of issues with email deliverability and are in the process of rolling out an alternative mechanism which should ensure that emails are no longer marked as spam. Our aim is to have the alternative rolled out within the next 3 working days. Once this is in place we should also be able to provide better statistics with regards to any potentially affected email clients.
