When requesting further information from Volunteers, after resetting all our mandatory fields and receiving completed profiles without any contact telephone numbers I've investigated the forms in administration and the volunteer profile form does not show the telephone numbers fields. I'm reluctant to add in new fields knowing they are there but we require volunteers to complete this part to move forward or at least have it showing (as not everyone has phone numbers)
Please could you have a look at this. I have emailed about it but not had a response. Is it just Halton or is everyone else the same?
