Would it be possible to change or remove the 'You have XXX Applications that need your attention' function from the front page of the user dashboard? The number is largely irrelevant as it doesn't represent those clients who come in face-to-face, nor does it accurately reflect the number of applications that are yet to be processed. It would be more helpful if the number was for 'you have XXXX new enquiries to be prcoessed'.
It would also be useful to be able to filter these new enquiries, for example to only show applications that are to be dealt with by the volunteer centre, and have not yet been action.
