The Equality Act means publically funded bodies by law have to monitor service users and staff accross 7 equalities strands.
This means public bodies such as Councils or the NHS by law have to do monitoring. Totally missing from this site is monitoring around transgender people, disability and sexual orientation. Is it possible to add these fields. I have tried and I cant get it work, the instructions are not clear.
The Disability Discrimation Act means companies providing services have to make reasonable adjustments and not discrimate against disabled people.
Is it possible for a disabled person to search for a volunteer roles accessible to disabled people using this site? If so how?
