For three weeks now we have been unable to send "request info" emails to outlook.com and hotmail.co.uk addresses from within VBase Cloud because hotmail and outlook.com have blacklisted the Veda server. I reported it immediately and my email was acknowledged but has anyone else had any information about this problem or is no one else using "request info". It's really odd that only the request info email is undeliverable. The other automated emails seem to get through, and it's only these outlook.com and hotmail.co.uk that are affected. All others seem OK.
Any thoughts anyone?
We're having the same problems but I've not had an acknkowledgement from VEDA for my email. I've also raised this with our own IT Support just in case its an issue with our email as we've had a similar issue with our CVS CIVI system with forms that have been published recently.
It is really difficult now to keep track of who has / hasn't had emails and where we are up to in processing volunteer enquiries.
Almost ready to wave the white flag and give up.. its soul destroying
We are having the same problems with rejected e-mails when the requests are sent.
We are aware of the problem and it does mean that mails to some domains will be rejected until we resolve this. I don't have an ETA at this point unfortunately.
