Step 4 - Follow Up
With the Follow Up action, you can send a follow up email to the Volunteer about the application they made for the Opportunity.
Clicking the Follow Up link will take you to a page where you can send an email to the Volunteer.
You can change the subject and message. The message will be recorded as an activity on the Volunteer's record.
