Custom fields don't show up in the New Volunteers form

Description :
Newly added custom fields don't show up in the New Volunteers form. The only way user would be able to use these additional fields is by saving a basic record of a volunteer and then searching for them to update the records with the info.
Comment :
New custom fields, that are not already included in the new-volunteer form, has been added in Step 3 of New/Edit Volunteer form under 'Additional Information' section.
