Description :
Option to refer for opportunity from volunteer summary screen and creating an activity (similar to Placed) to use when referring a volunteer to an organisation/opportunity.
Comment :
Opportunities can be referred individually for volunteers by using 'Actions'->'Refer Opportunity' Button on volunteer's summary screen. Activity will also be created.
