HI,
As a newby to v-base cloud, myself and my manager have done dummy do-it's so I could go through the process to see the emails on the other side etc.
This unfortunately has not been a successful experiement. The email I sent to myself came back undeliverable even though I know its the correct email address. The application from my manager she received the email to ask for more information but has not received the email with the opportunity details. I also sent the follow up email that has not been received either? Is there another way to re-send these emails as they are now greyed out on the action list??
Also does anyone know if the problem with emails been returned undeliverable has been resolved yet?
Thanks in advance
Sarah
I reported on August 25th as follows
"We have received multiple undeliverables today when emailing directly from V Base Cloud (using the send an email action) because the Generating server: Keshava.vedacrm.co.uk has been blocked . (please see example below)
So far only emails to outlook.com and hotmail.co.uk addresses are affected.
Is there anything that can be done about this?"
I was thanked for reporting it and told it would be passed on. Trouble is once a domain has been blacklisted as a spammer it takes some time for their reputation to be recovered (our CVS was blacklisted a while ago and our It support told us there was little we could do other than wait) but the domain can ask to be whiltelisted which I think helps a bit. I hope Veda have done whatever they can to improve things but it may be out of their control
Sorry I see to have posted twice but can't see how to delete my own post

We've had the same issue! Glad to have had an answer as to why. Hopefully this can be fixed but for now I think it's back to sending forms manually through our e-mail to hotmail & outlook addresses.
We are still unable to send emails using the "send info" action. We have emailed details to support
