I think new opps that I've added have been duplicated again. It's a bit of a nightamre trying to do the end of year reports having to delete all the duplicates from the reports before I can get accurate figures. Has anyone else noticed this?
I am getting this constantly. All we get is negotiation between Do-It and VBC about re-writing the API. This has been going on since at least September. Surely this should be fixed!!
I have attached a screenshot of a report on new opps for last month, as you can see there are lots of duplicates. Some of them may have multiple locations, but for example the following ones there should definitely only be one of:
Volunteer Shop Assistants (Goring Road Shop) Opportunity Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice
Supper Assistant Volunteers Opportunity St Barnabas House Hospice
District Treasurer Opportunity Chichester District Scouts
Leaders and helpers with the group Opportunity 1st Middleton-on-Sea Scout Group
Thanks for the screenshot and the example records. All the opportunity locations are now synced into VBC and we've fixed the 'Opportunity Search' screen to use only the Main opportunity record.
Reports and Opportunities Tab in Organisation records are yet to be fixed.
When new opportunities on do-it are uploaded to v base, there are multiple copies of the same opportunity appearing. The opportunity on v base cannot be edited.Same here in Bradford
