Email going to Applicant [Resolved]

Afternoon,

In Vbase Cloud when we try to send volunteers the details of Citizens Advice, the potential volunteer’s name is filled in, but the opp is not, neither do all the usual details of the volunteering opp come up after the place where I put my name – usually there is a long description of the opp and details of the person to contact, address and telephone number for the opp etc.

This only appears to happen with the CAB opps all others are filled in correctly, is it a glitch on these particular organisation with us Huntingdonshire VC. Example Anna Manser 17th October, Admin Support for Citizens Advice.

The problem with CAB opps seems to be fixed? However, we are now havng the same problem with Breathe of Life opps? Any Ideas?

We think this problem may be connected to the email address as one has bounced back?

We now have a problem with the emails going to Eddie's, Is anyone else having trouble with there emails?

Hi Lydiam,

We identified this issue with some new applications that don't have the related opportunities synced in VBC yet. We are working on a fix now to check and sync these opportunities during application import.

PS: Eventhough an opportunity exists on VBC, some of the Do-it applications are related to the opportunity with different id. (Opportunity records with same details found twice with different ids on Do-it). We are investigating this now with Do-it API team as this may lead to duplicate opportunities being created in VBC.
