I have discovered what I think is a new fault with v-base cloud in that if volunteer records have two telephone numbers (ie a landline and mobile) it duplicates the record so they are on there twice. However if you delete one record it deletes both, so I guess it is not a true duplicate but some sort or mirror. Please can this be fixed ASAP?
The volunteer record is not duplicated within the database (you can check they both have the same CiviCRM Id), but the search results listing shows them twice, once with each number. Since it is the same record, deleting one will delete both.
We'll fix the display, but the underlying data is ok.
