You can create any activity you like. On the Administration tab, click on' activity types' (under 'lists'). This will show you all of the activities that are currently on the system and allows you to add new ones.
thanks jen we can definitely do this. i suppose, having thought more carefully, what i am reallywondering is, can we replicate what happens in the old v-base where a volunteer activity shows an explicit and visible link between a do it application and an opportunity e.g. "do-it application - social activities supporter opportunity". does that make sense?
Hi Lorraine, we've now enabled the ability to record Volunteers as being referred to opportunities. Its under the Actions button against the relevant volunteer. If you try and this out and let us know if its fulfils your requirement. Thanks
