Old V-Base had an option to print a one-page summary of an opportunity to give to members of the public. It would be really useful to have this again - currently the relevant opportunity information that we can print via Do It or the cloud is strung out over several pages. What would be good would be an A4 document with the following info: 1. name of role; 2. name of organisation; 3. location of opportunity; 4. brief description of role; 5. Practicalities (e.g. age restriction, dbs required, expenses paid or not, 6. contact details of person to speak to about applying for opportunity (NOT the organisation contact or volunteer centre contact details as this can be confusing). 7. bit at the bottom to say 'information supplied by (e.g. volunteer centre newcastle)' (but no contact details!)
At volunteer centre newcastle we think that this would be a great addition to V-Base cloud and as far as i remember from the Newcastle training on 23 11 2015, a few others felt the same
yes please this would be most useful. the current opportunty printout is almost useless

Yes, just tried this and it is really good. Would there be any way of tweaking it to include contact details for the opp/org as an option?
It will already contain contact details if you make sure those fields are completed on the opp itself. They don't get populated to the opp details itself automatically from the org . Go to the opp and edit to add contact details and then they will appear in the new PDF printout
I can't do that for all my opps, it will take forever! Thanks for letting me know though.
