Hotmail, Live and Outlook emails addresses of volunteers bouncing [Resolved]

Hi,  I have spoken to my internet email service provider and haev been told that mails from 'keshava.ved.acrm.co.uk' are being bounced.  Is there a fix please?

Yep, it has. Volunteer Sunderland had set their from email address with an aol.com domain. This isn't a valid sending domain for V-Base so theirs is the only site which still has the sending problem. Hopefully they can provide an email address attached to their domain for sending emails out of v-base cloud. For all other v-base cloud users this issue is resolved.

Hi,

As per the known issue, V-base cloud doesn't support aol email addresses as sending email.  We have sent emails about this on 3rd of December to your email address 'sunderlandvc@aol.com'. Could you please update your sending email address with any of your organisation email address (eg:- youremail@volunteersunderland.org.uk). 

In 'Your Organisation Details(used for Mailings)' section on your home page,

  1. Click on 'Update Details'
  2. Fill 'System-generated Mail Settings' with your 'From Name' and 'FROM Email Address'.
  3. Click 'Save'
