It's probably something we are missing but we just cannot figure out how to add the two Volunteer fields - Telephone and Mobile - to the request for info form.
It looks like it should be straightforward - Administration > Volunteer information Form > Fields > Add Field
But we can't find those fields in any of the drop down option lists available - help please.

Administration > Volunteer information Form > Fields > Add Field
Phone field can be found under 'Contacts' type. Please refer the picture below...
