Hi.
If i go in to edit an opportunity, it won't let me save it if i have it down as regional and not as a fixed address. It is still asking for a valid postcode, then loses all the data i have just changed. I posted about this a while ago and was told it is fixed, but it is still happening.
Please can anyone advise.
Thanks
I have had this problem too. The only way I seem to be able to get around it, is to register it as a fixed address and put in the postcode, then save it. I then go back in to amend the opportunity and change it to regional which seems to work!!
Makes no sense at all, and is obviously time consuming and frustrating. So a fix is needed please.
Thanks
Hi im still having the same problem i have tried to make a live opportunity (which was set as regional to begin with ) to a draft but its telling me the same things that i need a postcode, its very frustrating
Ive even tried your way volunteering me and that didnt work for me either :(
Thank you
