There is a redundant activity called "S Follow-up" which appears in the activity log after requesting info from a volunteer. This is cluttering up the activities page and proving frustrating. Is this some sort of system message which we can remove?

Is this the activity related to the actual email sent for the Request info. I just looked at our activities for a volunteer and it shows two activities, but they are called "Request Info" and "Email".

It seems one of your staffs has renamed some of the activity type labels, adding 'S' infront of the Label name. Activity type with Activity Type ID 3 is used for record email activities and it has been renamed as "S Follow-up". We have renamed it back to "Email" now. Your activity log should look fine now.

Is it possible to let us know which user has made the changes as this may be something that the user is not aware will effect the whole Volunteer Surrey Centre system. It may be that we need to address this within our in-house protocols.
