One of the organisations we support wants to ammend the detials of who recieves notification for applications etc. I have tried and tired to amend this for them and they have also tried themsleves but if still reverts back to the old email.
Please can someone advise how i do this - i have done it on VBC and do-it - surely this occurs alot with new startes/leavers.
