Is is possible to have the option hide the following from the Kiosk mode view on an opportunity?

We would like to do this so volunteers apply through our volunteer centre and not the organisations. Ideally it would be great if we have are able to tick to hide any field.
Also on a seperate note is it possible to auto login to the Kiosk mode without the need for a password, whilst also hiding the Home Login and Kiosk menu options? I understand this is a bit more difficult, however it would prevent any potential tampering from an unmanned machine.
Hi i have just been looking at kiosk again and i think it is a great idea but there are a few things i would like to change.
I think your right what you say we should have the choice to hide those details.
I did also sugest a while ago ( But heard nothing) that there should be tick boxes if volunteers want to apply for more than one opportunity as if they did want to do this they would have to fill the whole form out each time.
Could someone look into this for us please it would be a great help
