It doesn't look like it's possible to edit the email that is sent to the organisation. In the templates there are the following....
- Application Follow Up Message Template
- Application Send Info Message Template
But no templates for the corresponding messages to the Organisation.
Am I missing something please?
Also, is it possible to edit the email subject. The one that arrives at the organisation is "Volunteer details" which is not really ideal.

Send info & Follow up emails have the inline editing feature. Email content and subject can be edited on 'Send volunteer details to Organisation' screen itself.

Thanks Heather - that's exactly what I was expecting to have. I don't quite understand why we have templates to tailor the email to the volunteer but not for the Organisation.
I don't think it's acceptable to add the text in each time. the whole point of the system was that it is configurable (as far as the text is concerned) and pretty well automatic.

Any response on this please? There are one or two things that are holding us up starting to use VBC fully and this is one of them.
What we would ideally like is to be able to define the subject and the text for the emails going to both the Volunteer and the Organisation and in addition to be able to define exactly which fields of the opportunity and volunteer records are included in the email. There is currently too much information - particularly with the opp details sent to the volunteer.
