I'm sorry if this has already been posted about, I have had a looked and couldn't find anything though. Also apologies if this is already a thing and I haven't found a thread &/or a tutorial about how to do/use it.
As with the "Opportunity Email - Content settings" where we can choose what information we would like sent onto the volunteer it would be great if we could have this for the email that goes to the organisation regarding the volunteers details. Such as their bio, skills and driving licence or any other information we feel they would appreiate.
So for example instead of Step 2 "Send volunteer details to Organisation" having the volunteers information come up as:

It could then have underneath it the details wanted/chosen by the Volunteer Centre to be included in the email to the organisation:

| Voluntary or past work | Conversation for local Wildlife etc etc etc |
I agree with Sue. This is partially covered by one of the options in the latest enhancement vote....
It is possible to define how much of the opportunity record is included in the emails sent to the volunteer as a result of the “Send Info” and “Follow Up” sequences. However it is unnecessary to send any opportunity data other than the title during a Follow Up. There needs to be two separate options in the “Opportunity email – Content Settings” (for Send Info and Follow Up). Additionally the option to include just the Opportunity title in the Follow Up email.
My suggestion would be to extend this enhancement request to include separate definitions of content for all three emails (send to vol, send to org and followup to vol) Also include the option for no content (just the basic email template)

I agree with you. It would be better if it could be extended to all three emails. I had missed thinking that far ahead with it. Thank you rtomalin.
