The need to Print Live Opportunities?

One of the major problems we have had with the new V-Base Cloud and (and Do-it) is not being able to PDF or print opportunities like we could with Vbase.

V-Base Cloud = printer friendly version isn't currently working for us and when it does it runs to several almost blank pages

Do-it = printing or creating PDF of opportunities omits the organisation's contact details

I notice some organisations/Volunteer Centres have resorted to including the contact details in the body of the description, but for VC's this means the Do-it enquirer has less reason to contact us.

This situation has made life difficult for our Volunteer Interviewers, as it takes longer to combine the information which is all on the SAME DATABASE!

I hope this will get resolved soon.

I think that the V-Base users will be pleased that you have heeded this request and provided a solution.

I hope that users will report back to you as regards the content.  Compared to the old V-Base report there seems to be a shortage of data on the new report.

But I'm sure that it will now be straightforward for you to modify the report - at least the framework is there.

Hi Richard, thanks for your comments. Yes, without feedback and collaboration between the VCs we can't really help effectively so as per your comments I too would hope we get some feedback on the features we release.

Is there anyway that we can automatically select this for emailing to a volunteer? If not is this an enhancemnt others would appreciate?

At the moment no, you can't automatically select this for emailing to a Volunteer. This should be created as a new feature request if VC's are interested so that we can gauge interest.
