V-Base Cloud has three types of records: Opportunities, Organisations and Volunteers.

This chapter covers all things related to creating a new Opportunity, Organisation or Volunteer. Follow the appropriate links below to learn about each topic.

In this guide, we write "Opportunity", "Organisation" and "Volunteer" with leading capitals to denote that they relate to specific record types within the V-Base Cloud and Do-it systems.
